  I received exceptional customer service at this location recently. My daughter and I stopped by to get assistance in troubleshooting a problem with her Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The Verizon representative was extremely knowledgeable about the device, and although he wasn’t able to fix the issue, he was available via text to continue answering my questions after the store closed for the evening. I would highly recommend this location as they provide outstanding customer service and follow up.
